I just tried to run Animal Crossing through Dolphin, and it seems to start, but it is at 0 fps. The sounds seems to be playing fine for the most part. If I wait a couple minutes, the nintendo logo will eventually start very slowly fading in. Around this time the sound begins stuttering and freezing. It sounds to me like my computer isn't powerful enough to run it, but it should be. I've included the relevant portions of my computer's dxdiag dump for reference. Thanks for any help you can give.

Thanks for the specs but I still need to know the revision and settings that you were using.

Have you checked your temperatures?

I'm 3.0-153, and I put it on the settings recommended on the wiki for best performance, plus the settings recommended in the Animal Crossing article to fix the black screen bug. I haven't checked the temperature, but I have a pretty good cooling pad that keeps the temperature low, and it's not giving me any trouble when running non-Dolphin games.

I have the impression that you changed the default settings. Download the latest build from my sig, don't change anything and try again.

Sigh... Mediafire is down: I'll try your version as soon as it's back up. Should I use the 3.0 release or the build 159?

You should use 3.0 but for Animal Crossing try this : use r7590 with default settings it works fine here (PAL version). You also might wanna try to redump your game...
