Atom tablets are weak for dolphin, even if you could use x64 i doubt you could have playable speeds.
that's a lie because I've seen Asus tablets with atom processor s play dolphin just fine

Atom tablets are basically as fast as the ARM tablets,  so I don't see the issue.  ARM Devices aren't at playable speeds either,  and we still use those.  Any ES 3.0 capable Atom also has x64 capabilities after a 5.0 update.  Remember,  this is an android thread, not a desktop thread,  so it requires an adjustment in perspective.  Atom's are relatively powerful in the mobile space.
So its not possible to use/make a x86 compatible version of whatever also I know its just as powerful but since most apps use arm processor s and not x86 we sorta get kicked to the curb when it comes to trying to run programs successfully I mean you see Reicast still is compatible with x86 processors lord knows when the "r7 update" is going to be released.
Also the tablet can play the games fine on dolphin but at 1 fps http://tinypic.com/view.php?pic=28wi0li&s=8#.VRRjTnrF-lg

it runs from 10-14 fps from the time the time the nintendo logo appears until the start screen then everything afterwards is 2-3 fps then when in driving its 1 fps but everything is shown no graphical glitches it seems. All the devs need to do is make a x86 JIT Recompiler for intel devices so the games will run faster and better!
after all the donating and downloading dolphin alpha people with Intel devices should get what they deserve so hopefully a x86 intel JIT recompiler can be made.
