As far as I know there is no working or ready to use android application which turns the phone into a WiiMote that is able to communicate through LAN with a dolphin emulator on a PC. I think it's time to create one. However, I'm quite new to this community and would really appreciate if anyone can provide me information about what we already have, any old source code or similar application for different platforms that could be useful.
Also, it would be nice if more people join the development of this piece of software that has the potential of being very useful to everyone!

Thanks in advance, expecting the best from this community!

PD: Maybe the case that such application already exists, if it is the case, please provide me with the link since I haven't been able to find it.

As far as I know, nobody has started with such an application. I guess the main reason is that it won't be able to use the android bluetooth stack to act like a real wiimote (L2CAP is disabled on android).
I'd love such an application, and I'm fine if it'll be linux only (bluez supports L2CAP well). In this way, you should be able to use an emulated wiimote with a real wii.

Hint: might help: https://forums.dolphin-emu.org/Thread-how-to-wire-a-wii-s-bluetooth-module-to-a-pc-usb-port

But indeed, it's also possible to just send this data over network and to also patch dolphin. There was such a UDP-wiimote implementation, but it was dropped. No idea why, but the dolphin wiimote code is terrible as hell. Maybe we need a cleanup here first :/
