Calling this up front, when will cheats ever be implemented into the Android UI?
Brawl stutters often and general food items are invisible on my Shield TV Pro when at least set to EFB to texture. Can someone at least change the directory of the User folder to be inside the dolphin-emu folder so it will no longer require root to edit the GameData ini files? Changing the directory should be faster and easier, and would make it possible to at least use cheats that one would manually paste/type into the related game ini under the "[Gecko]" part. There HAS to be another "cheats for extra fun" enthusiast that could implement this or make that change, please. Not to mention, those 60fps codes for Super Mario Sunshine and Sonic Colors, even though performance is not there yet on Android.

I'm curious, is Dolphin for Android able to run games with custom textures, and if not, will this be implemented in the future?

You can edit the INI files manually if you want to use them currently. GameSetting INI files aren't included in the Android version. I refuse to package 1500 ini files with the emulator. Both the system and user folder are combined in the Android version, both being the /sdcard/dolphin-emu folder. You can manually edit the INI files on the device to enable it. 12-03-2015, 05:03 AM
Oh yeah, that makes since,it would probably be stupid to have that many on a 16GB NSTV,not to mention possible external media conflicts because of Lollipop's write restrictions if you wanted to use external app storage.
Sorry about my whining,I didn't know it could be so simple already, but a little tedious tbh. Maybe a really good idea is to make an option to download the ini file of each individual game that one would have in their list. An example is...you have three games listed and you hit an option that checks your listed games and downloads the related ini files at the touch of a button. But can you guys "afford" keeping 1500 ini files on a server to download from? Where can I easily get specific ini files so I can grab the RSBE01 ini without having to extract a windows copy on Android for it? I have limited PC access, especially since I can't even use it at all on weekends, but I could simply copy one I have on it into a removable media USB.

Assuming that the problem only is the number of files, a better solution would be to put the data in one file instead of 1500 files.
