the shake and tilt option was not supported
to Fix this:
edit WiimoteNew.ini on the config folder
1- for Shaking Support add:
Shake/X = `Her add the button`
Shake/Y = `Her add the button`
Shake/Z = `Her add the button`
2- to Tilt support add:
Tilt/Forward =``Her add the button`
Tilt/Left =`Her add the button`
Tilt/Right = `Her add the button`
Tilt/Modifier = `Her add the button`

By the way, how did you add the buttons to WiimoteNew.ini so that having shaking and tilting support would be possible for Android?
