Sorry if this should of been posted in the Google issues site, since this only occurs on android and almost all the issues posted there are related to PC builds.
So as the title says, since Build #532 https://buildbot.dolphin-emu.org/builders/release-android/builds/532 any game will crash upon start-up with the ARM Recompiler, but with the interpreter everything works fine (slow!).
What surprises me the most is that it was almost a month ago, and I think since most the devs probably use the Nividia K1 it might of been something to do with the CPU Qualcomm Snapdragon 800 with the Adreno 330 (Tab Pro 10.1 LTE, stock rom, Android 4.4.2 if that helps). I'm not sure of this as I only have one android device.
Games aren't at a playable stage yet with the previous build anyway (5-10fps), however I still like something better than nothing
