Just tested Need for Speed: Carbon, on my OnePlus 2 (Snapdragon 810, Adreno 430 with OpenGL ES 3.2) using Android 7.1.1 and dolphin-master-5.0-2616
The game looks great! There is no any artifacts, emulator use OpenGL ES 3.2.
And yes, have 5-15 frame per seconds. But this is better than on Android 6.0.1 - there is only 1-3fps whit OpenGL ES 3.1
...
Also tested Vulkan Api (my device support this), but got artifacts.

But problem with control in the game: i can't use steering wheel! So car just drive ahead. How to fix this?

Best I can tell even with nunchuck it uses motion controls by default. Look through the menus of the game.

I've also tried NFS Carbon on my phone, but GC version on Lenovo ZUK Z2 (Snapdragon 820) with Dirty Unicorns ROM.
Is seems okay in some areas, average 20 fps!
