Sadly the new version changes nothing.

If I setup a "Frame Skip" the screen changes black... :-(

You issue (I think) is the 32-bit OS.

The gamecube is 128 bit, meaning your computer will have to perform 4 cycles per the cubes 1, in addition to having to trick it into thinking it's a cube.

it should run faster, just upgrade to a 64bit os, and make sure your directx is updated
