Analog input skews left in Metroid Prime

I just started emulating Metroid Prime, and the analog stick seems to skew towards the left, causing me to constantly rotate even when the the physical stick is neutral.
It happens with the analog stick mapped to the keyboard as well, so it's not a problem with my controller, and it doesn't happen in any other games so far.

That didn't work, as the problem seems to occur even when Dolphin is out of focus and not receiving input. However, I've also found that it only happens when loading a save state, so it's not a problem if I avoid those.
