An issue with the Joycons connected to Dolphin

I tried using the Switch Joycons to play Wii games, because all of the necessary Wii accessories aren't as easy for me to find. And there is one issue that affects the general gameplay: when I twist my Joycon left and right, instead of my cursor rotating left and right, it goes up and down. And, when I move the Joycon up and down, it rotates the cursor left and right.

Does anyone have a fix for me? For context, I am using BetterJoyForCemu 6.4b to connect my Joycons to my laptop.
