The only downside to this i've found so far, is that it affects/disables options in the General Config, and not only for the game (Idle skipping, Unlimited Jit cache, Optimize Quantizers), leaving them disabled. Some of them are not working/taken into account (Enable Progressive Scan, Enable Dual Core). Haven't tested the Video part.
