Amusement Vision Games Crash on Title Screen Load

This happens in revision 4.0-1035 and later. when you start up Super Monkey Ball, Super Monkey Ball 2, or F-Zero GX they boot fine but once it's about to load the title screen Dolphin stops responding. The games work fine in 4.0-1024 and before. Can anybody reproduce this issue?

My settings are in the attachments. I'm using a Global User Directory so my settings are the same between revisions.

I can confirm your findings, this needs an issue report in googlecode. https://github.com/dolphin-emu/dolphin/pull/100 seems responsible for this regression.
