Failing driving tests has nothing to do with Americans specifically. Failing driving tests has to do with young people being nervous, not knowing the rules of the road and the law.

and because you dont have to think about the gears of the car; you could focus more on the damn road and have less chance of failure

Obviously they cant learn how to turn a steering wheel !
By the way they let the 16yo driving monstruous engine , I guess it is another good reason, that and war, to let them be what they are: selfdestructive people ,learning nothing but to make money and destroy, since they day they come to earth, their such small historic past !

This is so true, as an European and a citizen of Volvo land Sweden, I can proudly say that very few accidents happens here.

here in belgium we have a shit ton of accidents but mostly deu to bad roads or silly ppl behind the wheel.
