High-end Nvidia GTX 670 is powerful enough to handle 4xIR(2560x2112), 4xMSAA (direct3D11) , 16xAF in any game
Why would he have to use the ugly native resolution ?
Anisotropic Filtering will not affect performance at all unless you use an ancient GPU
Even Intel HD 1st gen can handle 16xAF just fine
