Anyone have experience with AMD Overdrive?
It's a program to Overclock/Underclock cores and other stuff.

I been trying to use it to Overclock Core 0 and 1, and Underclock the
other Cores to prevent overheating.
According to the program, the settings I used overclock the CPU to 3.8GHz,
but the Dolphin still stays a bit slow.

I am not sure if I am using this correctly, I would like to know
how to efficiently set custom rules for Dolphin.exe, can anyone help?

Use your bios setup instead.

I would but I don't want to have the changes be near permanent.
I just want temporary changes for a certain program.

Dolphin only uses 2 Cores, so I overclock 2 and underclock the rest.
This way I don't have to go out to buy tons of fans for my CPU.

You don't need tons of fans in your pc, just decent airflow. I've got 4 in my machine including the cpu fan itself, and my case came with 3 of them. I would also suggest using the bios, overdrive like other software solutions for overclocking k10's tends to put more voltage on than what's actually needed. It's also pretty simple to overclock in the bios too.

Unless you manually set the affinity you can't guarantee dolphin will use the two cores that you want it to use.

All you need is 1 decent aftermarket air cooler, that's it. You can produce decent air flow with only 1 case fan if you know what you're doing. BIOS setup OCing is a better method of OCing than using software that runs inside an OS in my opinion.
