If you still plan switching back to Intel, a Pentium G3258 (with a little OC on stock cooler) + a compatible mobo would crush your current AMD for most (if not all) games you may try to run on Dolphin, giving you full speed...
Avell A70 MOB: Core i7-11800H, GeForce RTX 3060, 16 GB DDR4-3200, Windows 11 (Insider Preview)
ASRock Z97M OC Formula: Pentium G3258, GeForce GT 440, 16 GB DDR3-1600, Windows 10 (22H2)

So this latest version 4.0-8528 runs at 9-12 FPS and on screen switch drops to 1&2 and then completely freezes.

setting recommendations to play with?

Try this:

Game Settings

Graphics Settings

Enhancements Settings

Hacks Settings

Dolphin Settings

Audio Settings

Game #1 FPS

Game #2 FPS

Game #3 FPS

Game #4 FPS

Hacks Settings

Game Settings

Game #1 FPS

Game #2 FPS

Processor/CPU: AMD Athlon II X3 435 2.9 GHz
Video Card/GPU: Integrated ATI Radeon 3000 Graphics (PI-AM3RS760G)
Memory/RAM: 2,00GB Dual-Channel DDR2 @ 333MHz

Works fine on my calculator, I mean PC. Big Grin

Thanks I will try these settings out to try and squeak a little more juice outta this pineapple, i got it going at 50-60 fps with over clocking by 12%. I will try and reduce that back down and play with these linked settings to see if i can get similar performance.

sound gets a little choppy with current settings but its livable.

[FX4350 4.0 Ghz - 4GB DDR3 - AsRock N64c-GS FX - AMD HD7770 1GB] Yup, i'm on the low profile side. If anything, take my feedback as a guide for low end users (º w º)b
