This is the main culprit : 1.60 GHz
Not even an Core i7 @ 1.6GHz could run any game at decent speed .

Show me the screeshot of "GPUZ" while Dolphin is running
Make sure you add Dolphin to high performance and set battery settings to high performance

It seems Dolphin is using the integrated GPU , not the 7690M
GPU clock , memory bandwidth do not match both DDR3 version and GDDR5 version

Any way I could fix that? It doesn't appear as an option =/

Ah Never mind GPUZ , try this :
Starscream Wrote:download AMD system monitor and run a game, see if your discrete GPU is being used like mine is.

Even after that, Dolphin will still never show your discrete GPU when you start a game, but it doesn't matter as long as it's being used.

It used to work, but now it just says "sorry an unexpected error has occurred, please restart the application

His GPU-Z shot shows that crossfire is disabled, that means that only the integrated card is in use. Before he sets dolphin to high performance in CCC, he has to enable both GPUs.
