Hey Unknownforce, i've been noticing that your revs usually have the same Rev # as Orleans. Often times you beat him to the punch, but he still publishes that exact same rev. Have you noticed? Though It shouldn't matter to much, right?

They may have other patches applied to each of their respective builds.. UnknownForce I believe applies the Watchdog patch among others. Not sure what Orleans applies if anything.

I guess he's just in the same boat as I am? (10-27-2009, 09:45 AM)Speeddymon Wrote: They may have other patches applied to each of their respective builds.. I'm pretty sure mine is the only one that has the fix for pressing escape in Direct3D though, I fixed that myself, it has it's share of bugs, but it's better than shutting down completely. Mine also is the only one that has SDL 1.3 for x64, I also compiled that myself after fixing a lot of problems and removing a lot of the unnecessary code that wasn't allowing it to compile for x64. So other than those two things, I'm pretty sure all the other things that I have changed are fairly common patches among all builds. 10-28-2009, 03:41 AM
Now that you're mentioning SDL 1.3, what is the benefit if I use it instead of the normal SDL?

For example, I have a gamecube controller adapter, and when I use SDL 1.2, the L Trigger doesn't work and the Axis on the analog sticks are inverted. When I use 1.3, they work perfectly. Also I think that Rumble works in SDL 1.3 and it doesn't in 1.2, or it's better supported? I can't confirm that though. 10-31-2009, 05:36 AM
