What does each one of these patches?

-OpenAL is better than other audio plugins?
-Whats a Watchdog, and how i can config to get a better and faster emulation?
-Why auto frameskip was removed?
-And what is that DSP tools?

1.) OpenAL is just a different driver for sound. It's currently buggy, and hasn't been worked on in a while, Direct Sound is better. It's similar to the difference between OpenGL and Direct3D, it's just a different processing driver to pass the data to the sound card for processing.

3.) Auto frameskip was not removed... they commited the change to the SVN, it's not necessary to use the patch to use it anymore, it's already there.

4.) From what I understand, DSP Tools is something that the devs use to gather/manipulate DSP data in games. Not useful for the end user.

Ok, Thank you!
This JIT unlimitted with Watchdog (even i don't know the best value for my games), seens to give much more speed for me!
I just don't understand why these things don't are in normal releases...

But thank you!
I'll be ever downloading your releases and will be waiting for the next!
It's a great work!

Let me ask you: what the frequency for you compiles?
I want to much see the new features that was recently putted in code!
I'm nearly to run things such Mario sunshine here!

I try to update as often as I can. I work 2 jobs now, one lets me do whatever I want, so I can do this still, but the other does not.

I usually don't update if it's minor changes, like code cleanup or something, I always update when it's something major, like the d3d fixes and such.

Oh and a side not, JIT Unlimited Cache is has always been available even without the patch. All you do is run dolphin in debug mode. (dolphin.exe -d) It gives lots more options, and they recently put the debugging menus into the main menus, it's pretty nice the way it's laid out now, but it's been there all along.
