Lol , you're funny . Dolphin is not a WiiU Emulator and that octa core A80 is hopeless to run Dolphin

First that was not my question.
Second there is basic wii u support already. Can read is and see files. But why would it run bad. It have better performance on many regular android games over nvidia shield. It's interesting to know.

That was a branch made by some people so they could pretend it was a WiiU emulator and then get people to install it (I think it included some adware or spyware or something). It's not associated with official Dolphin, and isn't even a useful step towards a useable emulator - it'd need to be written from scratch instead of shoehorned into Dolphin.

The A80 is an untested SoC.
I have no idea of the speed characteristics of the PowerVR6 GPU inside of it. If it is anything like the PowerVR5 GPUs then it should perform better than Mali and probably better than Adreno. Untested though, so it may have a game breaking bug that is impossible to work around.
The CPUs are regular Cortex-A15s that are clocked fairly low as well, would be nice if they were clocked a bit higher to compete with the Nvidia K1's 2.3Ghz clock speed.

In theory it's all up to how PowerVR drivers work (as sonic mentioned).  However, at such low clocks I doubt it will be remotely fat since dolphin only uses 2 cores (and it isn't even a true octa core anyways, since 4 cores are low power A7's and therefore relatively slow)
