Allow GCI Folder to be set like other paths

Is there a reason that the GCI Folder option has no way to change the path from the Documents folder, unlike the other paths which have options to change where they are pointing? I keep all my emulation stuff together for easier backup and transfer to other computers and constantly forget to move the GCI Folder contents when I do
