All of the setting menu's are blank on the newer builds (10713 and 10715)

I haven't spent much time testing, but for now I can tell you that it happens all the way back to the version on the Play Store. I'll let you know when I find the first one that it happens for.

I tested a bit more, and it seems to happen as far back as the sub-menus were implemented back in 5.0.7964.
