What version were you using previously? Have you checked your save location?

I updated to version 5.0-13963. ALL of my Wii saves just vanished, but not my Gamecube ones for some reason.  Undecided

I dunno my previous version, 5.0-13962 I guess. Whatever was before 5.0-13963. I really did not know ANYTHING about Dolphin at the time of installation.  Undecided

By "saves" do you mean "savestates"? Because there was a savestate version change around this point (5.0-13936 specifically). Any savestates you had before that point will no longer load. You need to use the game's built in save systems.

No, i mean literal saves. I don't even use savestates.

Hmm. Ok, so what happens if you try an older build. Do you still have your saves in 5.0-13603? (also be sure to disable updating during these tests)
