Alcatel 5V not compatible?

I just bought a Alcatel 5V recently released to the market and I find that I do not install the emulator. I wanted to know why. I have searched for information by google and can not find anything. I have tried with the apk and from Google play store. Thanks

It might not have operating system support for 64-bit code despite having a 64-bit CPU. That's the most common reason for not being able to install Dolphin.
