After ticking "search for subfolders," the program hangs and becomes unresponsive

All you have to do basically is to have 2 folders, GC and Wii and place the corresponding ISO/GCM files under them and all Dolphin have to do is keep track of two folders only.
It was a long time ago I even ticked that check box. |
