Firstly can I just apologise for my ignorance on this matter, I am new to wii emulation especially regarding plugins.

Firstly I have the latest directx, and latest dolphin revision. I am using wired xbox 360 pad for wiimote and gamecube pad.

My problem is this, I have my dolphin emulator working great, but I don't seem to have the plugins, are they automatically installed with dolphin? if so how do I access them? If not where can I get them? and how can I install them to dolphin and get them to work?

I know there is a guide to getting the pitch and tilt working on the wii remote, but it says it must be configured in the wiimote plugin setting, not the normal wiimote configuration. This wiimote plugin is the main plugin I need, as I want to play sonic and the secret rings and other games where you need the pitch and tilt or roll function working.

So where do I get this wiimote plugin, and how do I configure it to work? Allso I'm aware there is a plugin for the exbox 360 pad that auto configures it, this would be very handy aswell, could someone please point me in the right direction.

Again, please excuse my ignorance on this matter, I'm sure all this is self explanatory to most people here, I would really appreciate someone to enlighten me on how to get these plugin's and how to install and use them with dolphin, I did do a quick search of the forum but couldn't find an answer, any help would be greatly appreciated on this matter.

BTW, i'm using 64bit dolphin on windows 7, if that makes any difference

Right, uh... Don't advice people to use "older versions" kthx. First it just leads to invalid issue reports and most likely is not what the user wants anyway (I mean, 3.0 will be so much better than 2.0 in anything but maybe speed) and second you at least should recommend a specific revision, or he'll end up downloading r2500 or sth...

Thanks for the response, so can I still get the pitch and roll to work for the wii remote using standard wiimote config, with my xbox pad? Its just so I can play secret rings and the part of mario galaxy 2 where you need to use it and any other game that requires it.

I did try configuring the controls for secret rings but I couldn't get sonic to move left or right. The thread that explains how to get the pitch and roll working seemed to indicate I needed to access the plugin for the wiimote, I can't see pitch and roll anywhere on the standard config for wii remote

can anyone help with this issue please, its pretty inconvenient not being able to play certain games. Surely there is a way to get the pitch and swing working without downgrading to an earlier version of dolphin and using plug ins.
