I saw in the FAQ that Windows 7 x64 was the best option for running Dolphin on Windows systems.
I was wondering if the difference between Windows 7 and 8.1 was that much or if Windows 8.1 was faster but knew some issues still unsolved (that use to happen a lot to young systems).
Could someone enlight me explaining which one between 7 and 8.1 is really the best to run Dolphin (I assume it's 7 since devs said so in the FAQ) and give a fact/reason ?
Please, no "Windows 8 is not designed for PC anyway" and no "Windows 7 >>> Windows 8". I do prefer Win7 too, but such comments doesn't use to help and use to destroy such topics.
