Dead-end software package. You need to press like "Z" or "X" or something. Anyway if you're using a program like retroarch it kind of kills the point to use keyboard and mouse. It's more useful on something like an Android device or something connected to a TV.
Additional Emulation

@LightHammer - As someone who is writing an emulator that will eventually support 4 separate systems (GB, GBC, GBA, DS) I can say that correctly trying to incorporate many different emulated systems into a single program takes a lot of planning, and careful consideration of what each system needs. The obvious approach is to make things modular, abstracting a basic "core" that can be extended into a specific console. However, you still need to get a lot of common code that's applicable for each core. The danger of doing something like this is that projects can get bloated, developers could get distracted, or certain sections become sub-par (in Dolphin's example, imagine no one seriously devoted any time to N64 emulation while NES and SNES did quite well). You also get feature-creep if you don't draw lines on what you will or won't emulate.
If you're looking for a one-size-fits-all emulation solution with Dolphin, why not use Dolphin to run Wii homebrew emulators? I believe N64 emulation is a bit poor with Wii homebrew (at least I think it was, last time I checked, not quite sure now), but everything else runs pretty well. 01-17-2016, 11:23 PM
Like I mentioned earlier on, BizHawk is what you want. All three of the systems originally mentioned (and a plethora of others) are included as cores. BizHawk is also arguably the most accurate emulator for any core it has.

I just wanted to say that this idea is a terrible one. I know you mean well TC, but you must be incredibly naive to think that this would all work out. A lot of changes would have to be made, and the devs' time would be much better spent on improving this emulator rather than integrating others. Those other systems have emulators that work just fine, and you can put them all in one directory, with their own sub-folders.
