Adaoter not detected after motherboarrd change

I changed my motherboard without reinstalling windows and now my gamecube controller is not working. I use the mayflash 4 port in wii U mode but since the hardware upgrade it is not detected. I've uninstalled the zadig driver in device manager already reinstalled successfully. I've tried multiple ports. Nothing seems to work and I have no idea why. I've tried many versions of dolphin including the latest.
