Hello, just wanted to ask a small question. When using gecko codes, are we supposed to press the apply button in the cheat manager ingame? Right now, pressing the apply button doesn't seem to do anything.

Did you enable cheats in General?
You need to press the apply button, unless they are selected before the game is started.

Yea, I enabled cheats in the config. However, the codes don't seem to be working. I'm trying to use codes for Radiant Dawn and none of them seem to be working for me.
Which version of Dolphin are you using? If I remember correctly full support for Gecko codes was added after 3.0. Before that only some of the codes would work so you might want to try the latest revision.
edit: 3.0-323 has the note "Merge branch "Gecko" so I'm fairly sure this is when all codes started to work for me. Get this or later revision.

Yup, Dolphin has begun using Gecko OS' native code handler at some point. Insert/Execute ASM codes now seem to work.
However, even with the native code handler, people have been reporting issues using Radiant Dawn codes on Dolphin even with the native code handler. It's as if things were loaded in memory in a different order in Dolphin unlike the real hardware... Some codes are known to work if you modify them by offsetting the address by a known value.
