So as the title suggests my MotionPlus refuses to work with Dolphin, I have tried the MotionPlusConnected = True trick with no luck. I also have another issue where when I move in real life and make actions, it doesn't register. I'm really running out of hope right here. The controller is a RVL-CNT-01. I'll leave it at note that the controller is from eBay, which means it's an un-official chinese controller.

So I borrowed my friends WiiMote(it's a RVL-CNT-01-TR) and as said in the title nothing registers, no cursor. Whenever I move the WiiMote it doesn't register again no cursor. Do I need to buy a USB sensor for it to work? Although when the MotionPlus calibration screen appear it calibrates just fine. The buttons work just fine aswell.

You will need some type of sensor bar for the pointer to work. Both USB ones and "wireless" (battery-powered) ones are simple to use with a PC. It's possible to use other types of sensor bars too, but that's more complicated. For instance, you can use an official Nintendo one if you have it plugged into a powered on Wii while you're using Dolphin.
