Action replay codes not working

for some reason the action replay codes i am using are not working. if i add an action replay code to a game and activate it the game will crash when i try and play it and give me the same error message over and over again. the only codes that work are the codes that were there when i downloaded the ISO. i'll put the link for the codes in, hopefully someone can find out what the problem is. http://www.gc-forever.com/forums/viewtopic.php?t=2862
