Any chance of support for this device? I have one and can't get the newer versions to work(past late 2013).

Thanks in advance!

Dolphin needs to support x86_64 on Android for that device to work, which isn't a trivial task to do.

Thanks sonic! Out of curiosity, if it's not that trivial then why hasn't it been done yet? I know it's probably not in the cards rn, but I would like to know if you have any idea of when it will be implemented.

Thanks again!

Hard to tell. It will be done when someone wants to do it. We're a community driven project, so everyone does what he wants. There is no prioritization at all. And it seems like nobody in our team with x64 experience cares about android at all.

Darn that sucks... How about surface pro 3? Is there a way to get it to work on that?

The surface pro runs windows, just like any other latpop. It will work fine.

Acer Predator 8 currently running on ES 3.1, I'm not even sure if it gets ES3.2

The device will run the app in armv8 mode. I have tried this on Remix OS for PC and I was able to get the emulator to boot and compatibility was not too terrible. Native x64 would be better but you should be able to actually run the emulator at the bare minimum.
