Hey there!

I am currently playing Metroid Prime on the PC and was trying to move my Statesaves from the PC to my phone. I now have the file on my phone, but due to some odd reasons, I cant move it to the statesave folder on my phone. I guess it has something to do with Android permissions, but I'm out of ideas now. Anyone had the same issue and could solve it? I am able to move the file to the "files" folder without issues, but not in Statesaves. My phone is a S21 Ultra and I tried different file managers and gave them all the permissions they asked for.

This is a problem that's occurring for many Samsung users. As a workaround, Dolphin now offers the option of exporting and importing the whole files directory as a zip file if you go to Config > User Data. I would suggest exporting, inserting your savestates into the zip file, then importing again.

Also, the obligatory warning: Never rely on savestates as the only way of saving your progress! They are not entirely stable.

Thank you for your quick reply! Smile I will try it tomorrow and let you know, if it worked. What would be your app suggestion for inserting the statesave into the zip?

WinRAR is a great app for .zip compression.
