Now that Meowchat is a shell of it's former glory, what's the best place to upload 4k+ images? preferably not imgur, as it degrades 4k quality and won't accept my 5k shots.
as for how i get to 5k, I set the IR that high and use a program called Simple Runtime Window Editor that allows you to force windowed applications to ridiculous sizes. the closest thing to a guide for general use can be found here: http://www.nexusmods.com/fallout3/articles/49/?
the program itself is found in a link to a skyrim mod on the page in the "optional" section.
