i Wonder why the Game Goes Slow as a Turtle when i use the Newest Emulator on the Zelda Wind Waker Game When i Turn on the Cheats when i use the Newest Emulator from Here ???

it Also Goes Slower on the Older Emulators Before the Newest Ones Huh

Cheat do modified game code maybe the cheat you using is making it more demanding to emulate. That said the version of dolphin and your hardware spec would be useful.

Cheat can cause issues on real hardware in games. That said what you hardware(dxdiag can help with you the cpu and gpu), dolphin version, settings, and the cheats your using.

What kind of glitches. Photo would help. As mention twice above, what hardware your using for dolphin? What version of dolphin your using maybe it fixed in current builds. In current build you you try verify you game iso to see if it a bad dump. You right click the game and it in the verify tab.

No one can help further unless you post these items. I have mention these items three times but you seem to be missing it or ignore that part of the post.
You hardware you can use dxdiag for the cpu, memory, gpu, and os.
Photo or error messages of the glitches. If it run slow in newer build then said it running slower instead.
Lastly Build number of dolphin, telling use you using the newest isn't enough it could mean newest stable(5.0), dev (currently 5.0-13694 as of this post), or beta(currently 5.0-13603 as of this post).

By glitch up do you mean slow down. There is a patch in the game properties for twilight princess call the Hyrule Field hack. I wish you would post specs and what you mean by glitch though. It like shooting in the dark to help you without any info.
