About the Call of Duty 3

When i run COD3(USA) in the dolphin R5472(X86) ，the screen freezed after starting mission.Can anybody help me?

EMULATOR SETTINGS:
Graphic Plugin: use D3D as default;
Others: default

Sysinfo:
i7 860+P55+4850+win7 X64
