I found that an i7 3630QM with a radeon 7670M and 6GB of RAM is not enough.
I found that if I use the intel integrated graphic instead of the radeon 7670 the fps is about the same.
Does this mean that the cpu is bottlenecking performances? I thought that an i7 could be enough!
In these conditions I usually get 25FPS but it can drop even to 18FPS, sometimes.

1) Right click on the game in the Dolphin game list (GUI) and check "Accurate VBeam Emulation" and use these settings -> http://dolphin-emu.org/docs/guides/settings/

2) Next time search for your game in the game discussion section in a thread named: "game thread index" and read/post about it there.

3) Make sure you update your build to the latest stable build or the latest development version -> http://dolphin-emu.org/download/

4) Open Catalyst Control Center and set Dolphin.exe to high performance and go to your laptop power options and set that profile to high performance.

5) I can run the game full speed with the much weaker PC in my signature, so you should be more than okay.
Asus Laptop: K53TA
OS: Windows 7 Home Premium, 64-Bit - SP1
CPU: AMD Llano A6-3400M, Quad-Core, 1.4GHz-2.6GHz (Overclocked)
GPU: AMD Radeon HD6650M, 1GB GDDR3 (Catalyst 13.1)
RAM: Samsung 4GB DDR3-1333

Thank you for your support. I put the settings you told me but the FPS is always the same. Note that I have the speed at 100%. It's the framerate that is pitiful Smile
Another thing that's weird is that in the screen where you can select direct3d 11 or 9 I can only select the intel graphic adapter (there is not radeon).
The dolphin version is the current one.
