My NVidia 9400 GT has overheating issues if I leave the panel on the side of the computer on. The 1st one I had over heated and warped the fan. So I exhanged it for a new one and noticed it started over heating again. So I discovered as long as I leave the side panel off it's ok. It's a slimline computer, so everything is all compressed inside, so I wonder if that was part of the prob.

Actually that's not true that Intel i7 is the fastest cpu for now, depends where U're trying it, in some benchmarks and older office applications may be faster, may be even faster in some games in lower resolutions but if U compare i7@3.2GHz and new Phenom II 955@3.2GHz U'll see that Phenom is much faster in most of the games, higher the resolution faster the Phenom II will be than i7. U may not like AMD but the truth is that Intels are just weaker, always was since AMD was founded, in all kind of programs that heavily uses graphics - specially games. More over that now after AMD and ATI became one company there is no faster platform for gamers than Phenom II + some Radeon 4xxx cause such thing works a bit like console rather than pc where every single part came from different company - I mean cpu and gpu got some special instructions for faster graphics rendering, better use memory and such things.
