This post concern indirectly Dolphin, but it can help many peoples who gonna crazy with the installation of their bt key in order to run real wiimote
So here are my conclusions for Bluetooth keys under Windows Seven. After many hours trying to understand what happen to my computer witch refused my bt key, i've found THE solution on the net. If you have install BlueSoleil and uninstall it, you will never be able to reinstall your btkey with broadcom drivers (or other) like you have done at first! The reason is : bluesoleil turns "off" the Bluetooth support service of windows7 but it doesn't turn it "on" again when uninstalling...
No matter if you install/reinstall many times your drivers, it doesn't work!
So if you don't want to spend your money to buy bluesoleil, and if you are going to jump by the window, see below the solution.
What should I do in order to make it work without bluesoleil???
1. Click Start and type services in the Search programs and files text area
2. Click Services in the Programs list that appears
3. From the Services window, browse the list of services and find the Bluetooth Support Service
4. Double-click Bluetooth Support Service
5. Select Automatic from the Startup type and then click OK
6. Close the Services window and unplug and re-plug the USB device
So now you can quietly go to sleep
