I am quite amazed at the performance of LLE on thread in the latest revision. Last night I tried playing Zelda - Twilight Princess, I was getting full speed consistently everywhere but Hyrule Field, where I had a consistent 25 FPS without the speed hack.

The only problem is that after playing a few minutes with LLE on thread the game will usually lockup or sometimes the audio will stop working.

I am wondering if there is either any way to fix or alleviate these lockups or sound losses with LLE on thread?

I wonder if some do better than the others though. Keep in mind, there are actually different versions of the Zelda ucode. Most of the Zelda games use the DSP's accelerator or whatever to read directly from the GC/Wii main memory. The SMG games use the DMA to transfer sound. Been playing/testing SMG2 a lot, so far no crashes with LLE on Thread. Unless only SMG (the first one) is a Zelda ucode game, but SMG2 isn't for whatever reason...

I've never had any issues with LLE on thread causing crashes in SMG 1 or 2. Same foes for Skyward Sword (which I don't think is a oxide game though), and Twilight Princess (Wii). I have has some random crashes in Wind Waker, but they are very rare. Is it just an iROM thing?

CPU: Intel Core i5 3570K @ 4.4 GHz
GPU: EVGA NVIDIA GeForce GTX 550 Ti (Factory OC'ed)
RAM: 16 GB @ 1600 MHz

The opposite here. Freezes in SMG2 but not in SMG Tongue

I got no freezes on SMG last night. I am getting freezes or loss of audio with ZTP, SMG2, LoZ: WW though.

SMG : no issue
SMG2 : random freezes
Zelda WW : no issue
Zelda TP : sound cuts (GC version)

Do you find that LLE on thread is faster in games with the Zelda ucode? They run at the same speed for me.

It does for me (of course it depends on the game).

If I'm playing SMG it provides a speed up. I'll check for exact #s after I deal with the other stuff I've promised to do.
