A way to assign GC Pad profiles to games?

Kind of like Joy2Key can switch to a profile if I set it up to detect certain EXE running.
Does Dolphin has any native option for this? For example if I launch MGS:TS then it switches to GC Pad profile MGSTTControls.

Yep that's exactly what I needed. Shame there is no GUI for this.
