Apparently he just added 4.0 release in his crappy site...Taking people to courts is expensive and risky, so we'd rather not do that. The key point of the problem is that technically he's doing nothing illegal. The GPL explicitly allows him to distribute 4.0 builds on his website (... although he'd be required to distribute the source as well, but since he links to our source code it's not all that much of an *obvious* GPL violation). It's mainly a moral issue, but he doesn't seem to have any problems with that.

This does not violate anything unfortunately. Unless I'm still missing something.Exactly. We actually tried to improve the situation by making Dolphin builds "detect" if builds were downloaded from that site and error out if they were. That worked fine for a few revisions but he noticed soon enough. End of the game was that he stopped doing nightly builds altogether, yielding the infamous "3.5-367" situation. Basically the only thing that he has done since then was uploading 4.0 (surprisingly enough, he didn't seem to copy our installer but compiled his own version of it).
thx MaJoR. I remember that changing in domain. So he is playing the domain game and no we cant do crap about it except what the devs said.
