Specifically with Monster Hunter Tri, but its the only game i've tried with this emulator, so its probably a problem everywhere.

Edit: I figured out the problem with the buttons, but analog sticks are still a problem.

The game will now recognize the input for buttons on both the GCPAD and the emulated wiimote with my 360 controller, and while both of their button mapping configurations see the movement of my analog sticks and triggers correctly, neither work in game, I believe it doesnt recognize the analog input after this fact.

Any Advice?

Sounds like you need to choose "Analog 1"/"Analog 2" down by the stick button config.
