first of all i have to say i was shocked when i found out that there's a gamecube and wii emulator, i've eard about PS2 emulator "pcsx2" and even after all these years of development, it still not a 100% and it requires really high specs to get decent fps! is this the case with dolphin?
well, let's find out, here's my specs:
Gigabyte GA-G41M-ES2L
Core2Duo E4500 2.2GHz/800FSB/2MB
1GB Kingstone DDR2 Memory/667
2GB Kingstone DDR2 Memory/800
160GB WD SATA2 HD
640GB WD Caviar Green
Asus DRW-1814BL
the only downside is my Gigabyte 7600GS 256MB died, and it's in the workshop right now =(
i'm using my onboard GMA x4500 1GB IGP (1gb ram, dx10, shader 4)
- question is, can i run some gamecube/wii games with decent fps?
- what are some "good" games to get high fps on? ( i take it it's gonna be gamecube games? wii games are more demanding?)
- are all the games playable, or there are some that's not?
- can i play using a play station gamepad?
thx alot
