What I heard, the temperatures shouldn't be higher than 65° or so... depends on the CPU. But I would say, more important than the temperature overall is the increasement of temperature after overclocking. If you already had 65° before overclocking (without any stability problems) and then after that you have 70° its okay... but if you have 40° before and 70° after, there is something wrong. I would measure the temperatures with the normal clock of your CPU.
