I don't think that 20 FPS is fullspeed at all^^
Problems with Fraps? Wink

It was a combonation of problems with fraps and detail settings, understand that the video runs at fullspeed, but doesnt perform at 60fps. Sometimes, the fps reading dips down due to the core not being emulated 100% but when both the emulator and the gpu are emulating at their full speeds, there can still be slowdowns with the actual gpu on your computer, hence having only 20fps, which is still very playable and i dont notice at all that the game isnt running at 60fps

Been overclocking today, overclocked my video card quite abit, but just enough so stock cooler can handle.

Though my processor doesn't seem very good at overclocking, If I go anything over 2720 mhz I risk my PC to lockup after awile, which is annoying.

Would I need to increase voltage? Btw using stock cooler here so I don't want to go very far.

(Also I've been doing both of these with Nvidia Control Panel)

I can just say again, increasing the voltage is very riskfull (not if you go just one or two steps <- no 100% waranty for that). You will need to increase it to get more Mhz, but if you have stock cooler, I wouldn't recommend you to.

Thanks.

Yeah, I probably won't try anything now untill I get another cooler, since it seems to be risky.

You should be able to hit close to 3.0Ghz at stock volts.

When you get your new cooler, you can try and reach for higher heights. Big Grin

Well on my own PC anything past 2720 locks it up with stock voltage. O.o?

What do you mean by "locks it up"? Do you mean that you can't POST when it's above that or do you simply have instability?

Everything freezes and I can't do anything about 1-2 seconds later of me changing it. Which makes me have to Reboot PC.

(I'm doing this on Nvidia's Control Panel if it matters)

Woah woah, what? You can OC in NV Control Panel? I did not know that. Yea, that's probably the reason for the crashing.

Always, ALWAYS, OC in the BIOS. Not in the OS.

Guess I'll do it from the Bios sometime then, it's just it felt safer with Nvidia's control panel.

This is how I was doing it btw; http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=qOV-Pw0w2Jc
