A few questions about emu?

Well these will probably be the last questions I ask about this so here we go.
To start it off here are my comp specs since everytime I make a post you guys say post specs and we'll go from there I do it and no more responses
My comp spec are
Gateway Laptop with AMD II Dual Core Proccessor

Operates on Vista
Processor Speed2.0GHz
Video Card I think it said ATI Radeon 3200 HD
Ram 4GB
Type of Memory (RAM)DDR2
Hard Drive TypeSATA (5400 rpm)
Hard Drive Size 500GB
Dedicated Video Memory 256MB

1. I can use both 32-bit and 64-bit versions on my comp so one which would probably be better to use or does it even matter? Also is it better to use the 2.0 version or an un-official version of Dolphin?
2. How can I speed my games up a bit, some of them play fine but at some points they really start to slow down like on Megaman X Command Mission my game runs fine at points and then really slows down in battles or when I get to a boss type fight the game just sits at a point of about 28 FPS and just repeats the image constantly and it won't go past it unless I make a save state before it and then load it back up and at that point it has no sound until I restart the game.
3. I just can't get some games to start in general one I tried was The Legend Of Zelda Collector's Edition I mean I start it up it goes perfectly but whenever I try to start one of the games it just turns to a black screen and the FPS don't change at all or with some other things it starts poping up with messages saying things are missing or corrupt then error messages and there are about 30 different messages O_o.
My Settings
note all of these images are taken off a different computer since I don't have my comp with me at the moment.



Again different computer so Video Card is different and this one just can't run anything in general.








So any help on this would be appreciated.

Those settings should be fine. Only thing I would change is, use the "GCPad New" plugin
The 64bit version of Dolphin is significantly faster than the 32bit.
You can get svn builds at http://www.dolphin-emu.org/download.html .
There are some improvements in the svn that aren't in 2.0 .

I think I heard both "The Legend Of Zelda Collector's Edition" and Megaman X don't work well in Dolphin yet.

Alright I was just using that setting to play with my 360 controller and i'll try some other SVN builds out and i'll just go try out some other games cause there are of course plenty of GC games I wouldn't mind playing on my comp
