I tried an older revision and still get the memory card error after copying over the user folder

* Run Dolphin with admin rights

And pls check, if you Dolphin folder is in C:\Program Files. If yes, pls move the folder to your Desktop.

No luck running as Admin same problem. I have an emulators folder inside of my user folder that has dolphin. I tried moving to the desktop and got the same error.

Try this build and import your "User" folder from the older version.

sorry, that's not possible, your initial post was before I commit the changes in 3.0-587.
Anyways, if you cannot create a memorycard using something older than 3.0-583 or 3.0-587 there is something else wrong on your end.
