A bunch o' error messages upon starting the emulation: what's a noob to do?

I'm trying Dolphin on windows on my mac; apart from fixing an audio problem, windows works flawlessly.

I've started Dolphin, and all I'm getting from trying a game are error messages

I've tried all the graphics backends things, different versions, updating my computer, updating direct x, updating drivers and blah blah, but to no avail. I can give more info if needed, but I have no idea what to do anymore. Thanks for any help.
